Hi all - I had a couple of Pinters that I had very mixed results with, but I got interested in brewing when I found a CraigTube video on You tube - and have just finished drinking my first, basic, Coopers lager extract kit. Have since done a Coopers English Ale (which is bottled at the moment and not ready to drink yet) and also a Muntons Hazy West Coast IPA which I bottled yesterday.
Also yesterday I started to ferment a Muntons Connoisseur Pilsner, but instead of the 1kg of brewing sugar I used 500g of light spray malt with 700g sugar and also switched out the yeast they provided with a Safale 05 - really excited to see how that comes out. Wish me luck!
