Well hello everyone,
I am hooked. It is official. I will be starting my third extract kit soon. Have a northern brewer nut brown ale fermenting at the moment. Next I will be trying the northern brewer dead ringer IPA. My first was a true brew american pale ale that was a decent start I think. Came out better than the crap beer some of my friends drink.
Brewing at home is not very common down here on the barrier island. I plan on just reading, brewing and experimenting in hopes of getting better and better and then moving on to the more advanced brewing techniques.
I want to thank all of you on this site as I have already been using it for random bits of info along the way.
