I wanted to introduce myself. I've been using the HBT forums for information for a while now and it's really a great forum. I was introduced to homebrewing by one of my sons and caught the bug. I've been now brewing myself for a year. Started with a couple Mr. Beer kits, then 5 gl extract, a couple partial mashes, and now I'm doing all grain. You now it's got ya when you wake up thinking about it and go to bed thinking about it. But I guess it could be worse. Cheers! Steve
