I’ve been a lurker for a couple years so I figured it was time to join. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and wisdom from this community, so thank you all!
I work with a 10.5 Foundry in to bucket ferms controlled in a couple SOFCs before bottling. Currently working to get a dehumidifier turned glycol chiller set up in my arduino-based controller so I can brew respectable lagers. It’s like taking the fun part of work home!
