Hi guys, I'm the new 'web' guy for a homebrew supply store BXbeerdepot, responsible for the blogs and maintaining the website.

With that in mind I figured it'd be a good idea to become intimate with the brewing processes as well as get ideas for what to do with my first homebrews when I get to that point.

Expect to hear a lot from me, and I'll try to keep the store plugs to a minimum =)

Also, if you are in the Miami area, I would be sure you guys advertise in BYO and Zymurgy. There are guys on here from that area who order from Hearts in Orlando.
