Hi,

Just sold my still and decided to take a run at some beer. I am gathering the parts needed to build a good 10 gallon setup. I plan to start with a mild porter and see where it goes from there.

Thanks for the warm welcome! My local brew store is having a demo this Saturday, with free samples. Free beer? Thats a no brainer. I have questions forthe brewer at the store and will post here if they go un answered.
