Hello! Joined the forums not long ago and have found so much great info on this site so far! Currently live in Asheville, NC (which I believe has taken the top spot for Beer Capital of the U.S. over Portland )

I'm new to the brewing world and am currently working on my second batch of beer.
First batch was a Weizen which has already been bottled for a couple weeks. TASTES GREAT
As of now I have a Belgian Wit in the fermentor that I brewed last Sunday. Added citrus zest to this one so I'm antzy to see how it'll turn out.
