Panic sets in by day three. Enough nutrient? Temp to low? Gravity too high? Let it go one more day... be patient... =-O
Day four and I am freaking out figuring ive ruined my batch. Open it up to find a perfect fermentation!?!?

Try closing the lid all the way next time dummy!
