Supposedly, this was presented to an architectural class as an example of bad design. Whether someone actually produced plans for this layout, or it was “for demonstration purposes only” wasn’t explained in the social media post I stole the image from. I would guess that it was created as a sort of “where’s Waldo” exercise for the students to identify the flaws. They ain’t hard to spot."Pattern"?
That plan can't be for real...
Just read the description. It’s got a three bedroom septic system. How nice.My wife found another gem for us.
She's got an eye for what we like.
The entryway is most promising, as are the solid wooden floors.
Just don't have any loose change or jewelry around.
Look at that one-of-kind roofline:

A friend of mine bought a church and has concerts and parties there. The first couple of times I attended it felt a little strange sitting in a pew and drinking beer. He's a savvy real estate guy so he probably got a good deal on it.
Not questioning your friend at all, but in the early 00's after the stock market basically crashed, our mortgage broker took her remaining stocks, sold them, bought a bunch of real-estate that tanked in the mid-late 00s.A friend of mine bought a church and has concerts and parties there. I hear ya, and I'm only 6'2".It's quite handsome, but that low ceiling height would oppress me greatly![]()
Could be tall windows. Obviously they were modernized at some point(s) in time.It may be the window treatment (which is horrible imo) but this just looks really low...
I wonder if the owner has some matching doyles to go with those drapes. It may be the window treatment (which is horrible imo) but this just looks really low...

My current and previous homes both had cathedral ceilings from end to end.
Also 10 foot high ground level ceilings.
I bought them because of that. I'm 6'5"...
Cheers!
How about Graceland? Apparantly Elvis' old digs are up for a foreclosure auction in a few days.
Though apparently there's questions and lawsuits involved...
