Please don't remind me As a Browns fan, I am sick to death of hearing that this will be the year we turn it around. I think we can safely add Weeden to the scrap-heap of back QB picks and now why the hell would they need a RB ... with an unproven back-up starting this week on the road... Maybe they'll beat out the Jags for the #1 pick this year. Then we'll be primed for next year!

I thought they were usually either up for grabs or there was a second waiver period for them (Friday or Saturday, or something).
