Has anyone seen one of these?

Working with a welder on a brew stand and he asked me if I want three of these. From a company called Questar I have never heard of them. Was hoping somebody had some feedback.

just a quick google and find this link Questar Gas - delivering natural gas safely, efficiently and fairly but that looks more like a utility company's site than a manufacturer's site. So I did a search for Questar gas burner and found a few pdf links but nothing more.
Are there any identifying marks on this burner?
