Still have a few weeks before bottling, but I have a good collection of bottles in the basement that have not been rinsed/cleaned. Is there any way they can be cleaned to use? If so, what would be a good way to go about it?

A lot of folks here are proponents of soaking in Oxyclean (non-scented). Just before my first batch was to be bottled I got 25 dozen bottles from a buddy. They were gross--tons of mould, dried gunk in the bottoms, etc. It took some work, but with Oxyclean I got virtually every bottle spotless.

2nd to the Oxyclean Free. Rinse the bottles in water to get off any loose junk then soak in the oxyclean for at least an hour. They should come out spotless.
