Hi all. My name is Adam, and I'm fairly new to home brewing, having only brewed my first batch in January. I'm learning a great deal, but I obviously have a long way to go. I started out with brewing 1 gallon batches from extract kits on my electric stovetop, and have since moved on to an 11 gallon stainless brew kettle with a temperature-controlled fermentation chamber, and I'm putting together a collar-style keezer so I can begin kegging. Any help you guys can give me is greatly appreciated, and I'll do the best I can to be helpful within the limited scope of my knowledge. Thank you all for contributing this great place where we can all share knowledge of this awesome way of life!
