I've been all-grain brewing for a few years now and am constantly experimenting with recipes and equipment. Currently using an electric all-in-one system for brewing (hoping to upgrade soon to do 10 gallon batches), pressure fermentation, closed transfers and canning/kegging the finished product. Favorites are my honey pale ale, red lager, and Czech pils. Looking forward to interacting with you all.
