New member here (obviously). Just got my first batch of apfelwein in the carboy tonight (EdWort's recipe with DME instead of corn sugar, Notty yeast). Hope it comes out alright. I'm a member of a local homebrew group, so if anyone else is in the area and wants to meet up with us, we usually meet once a month and the host brews while we all talk about beer and drink beer (of course).
