I'm starting over again in brewing, having not touched malt in 10 years. Beginning with extract batches (just bottled my first batch) and hopefully get back to brewing my doppel-decocted dunkles Weissbier (my speciality and personal favourite).
Feels good to be back with my head over the kettle (small as it is).
Hoping I can help people on this forum as well as asking my questions.
