Hey guys,
First time this has happened to me and I'm a bit stumped. I made a really citrusy IPA, bottled it, and it tasted great three weeks later. I end up traveling for a few weeks and come back home to crack open a labor of love. It comes out significantly darker and hazier than prior with much more carbonation and little flavor or aroma. Any thoughts on the culprit?
