Wouldn't have been Kung-Pow would it?

You guys are making me want to check it out some more!
I downloaded a few cult classics recently. I got The Warriors, Ice Pirates and a couple of others.
The kid and I watched Kung Fu Hustle on Netflix the other night. It was better than I remember. I'm trying to remember another funny kung fu movie that came out about that time.
The Warriors is f*cking awesome!
I'm looking forward to it. I've heard that famous tag line more than once, but never saw it. I love them old cheesy films.
I saw a movie a couple of years ago about semi-futuristic gangs that have Dance Dance Revolution competitions. It was somewhat violent and have some very strong language. I couldn't turn away!
I gotta find out what the name of that movie was...
FOUND IT!

You should check out The Last Dragon...I think it's on Prime.
If you are into music, the documentary "Muscle Shoals" is really enjoyable. I knew a lot of rockers recorded there. But I had no idea that a bunch of cracker musicians from 'Bama were responsible for the funk behind Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Percy Sledge etc.
Good music and good stories.
Nice! I'm definitely going to be all over that!
I found that on recommendation by someone else on here and loved it. Very interesting to see all of those artists working alongside those guys down there.
I got a recommendation from the lady who cuts my hair to watch a documentary on Bob Marley. I like a little Reggae, so I think this is another must-see.

I tried to watch Peaky Blinders. Could not get past the first episode.
I made it through season 1, but then gave up. I wanted to like the show so bad, but it was just so boring. Awesome setting, great production values, good actors... boring as hell.
Generation War is really good. A lot like Band of Brothers but on the German side...subtitles, three 80 minute episodes. I recommend.
Wanted to watch Big Lebowski with my daughter, but Netflix has taken it down.
Really? I may be the only one, or at least the only one who will admit it, but I haven't been able to get into Archer. I also am the guy who found Borat to be awful and turned it off after less than 15 minutes.
