Thinking about an Around the World hops tour in this beer. Picking a variety of hops from multiple countries and putting into 1 IIPA. This what I am thinking right now. Hops from 7 countries.

Australia- Galaxy
Slovenia- Styrian
UK- East Kent Goldings or Fuggles
Germany- Magnum or Perle
New Zealand- Pacific Gem
US- Cascade or Centennial
Japan- Sorachi Ace

If you can think of some better ones to mix in let me know and also let me know what you think about this idea.

It just seems like you have a ton of hops in there with very different flavors. I'd expect you'll get a very muddled hop flavor, and probably some clashing/competing flavors in there. For example, I don't htink I would like the combo of Sorachi and Fuggles (which I already don't like) and styrian goldings is just going to get covered up by centennial or galaxy.
