I've used before with great results- adding after cold crash and before quick carb

Has anyone added it after cold crash and then immediately quick carb? It'ds not that I'm in a hurry, but I 'm wondering if the mixing action (keg on knees0 while carbonating would benefit the gelatin, or whether the carbonation/gelatin at same time will just make a mess (CO2 trapped in flocculant and therefore will not settle out

anyone?

thanks

I've used it at the end of the cold crash prior to packaging and I've added it to the keg post carbonation; both with good results.

I add gelatin to my empty keg right as I begin to fill, then quick carb. I used to shake, now I have a Blichmann quick carb. Good results on all counts.
