Hi all,

I stumbled across a "kegerator" setup at a garage sale. Through door Faucet tap, regulator, sanke coupler and the lines still connecting them all for $8. Of course they are filthy. Any problems throwing them in an oxiclean bath over night?

Thanks
Nathan

Good find. I'd throw the lines away right off the bat, no point in even trying to clean those.

What is the tap made of? I might not trust soaking that. There is a product called Beer Line Cleaner that you can pump through the faucet with your auto-siphon.

+1 on throwing the lines away. They are cheap enough to replace...and should be every know and then anyway. The tap and the coupler should be able to be disassembled pretty easily. I'd soak them in Oxyclean for a while. The reg is probably Ok as is.....
