Sooo!
A week after carbonation due to scientific concerns (and budget limitations) I am feeling the buzz from the first 4 500ml of my first brew.
I hear the amens from the HBT community!
3 weeks after starting my first brew I decided to get the ball rolling on my second.
I did the same Coopers IPA can only measured 900g Dextrose with the 500g light DME. I also stirred the wort beyond belief before pitching the dry yeast. I also pitched the yeast on the foam and waited 30 mins. I then stirred it well before putting the lid on tight. OG 1.055.
I'll add 1oz Chinook instead of Cascade after a week to try the difference.
All that remains is a constant 66 degrees and for me to wish you all an epic Saturday night!
