Can I do a full wort boil with an extract kit or will it have bad affects on my batch. Thanksin advance for any input.

Yes, you can do a full boil if;
You have a heat source that will keep the volume at a rolling boil.
You have the ability to chill the wort to pitching temperature.
You can handle the full volume/weight of the wort safely.

Doing a full volume boil is a good way to step up the quality of your extract beers. Although the benefits can be subjective it definitely won't hurt.

there are many benefits to a full volume boil. It is a big step in improving your beer. As soon as you can I suggest stepping up. YOu will need to adjust your hops down as with the decrease in density you are going get better hops utilization.
