I picked up a Lefse Blonde extract kit. I am planning on brewing a 5 gal batch on Friday and letting it sit for 2 weeks before siphoning it into 5 separate 1 gallon jugs for secondary fermentation.
Once in the secondaries, I want to add 4 types of fresh fruit, extracts, zest or purees to the beer. 1/beer and keep one for a control.
