While taking a sample of beer the temp probe fell out of the chest freezer and I didn't notice
It was set to 33 for a cold crash. I didnt check it again for a few days and it became a frozen slurry. almost a block but not quite. I could still scoop it

Think it will be any good. Fermentation was done and it was at the end of a cold crash
I've froze a few beers in the freezer in my time and they always taste a little off after they thaw
