I am a bit worried about "BHT" listed as an ingredient, but think it should be okay based on info in this thread.

Neat to see some activity on this thread again! I've made this cream ale a couple of times now without any problems and have gotten a lot of good feedback on it. I'm actually getting ready to do another batch here pretty soon for my brother. I'm going to shoot for a lower ABV and experiment a little more with the hopping. Let us know how yours turns out. I love incorporating the team theme.
