I recently built my electric kettle set-up. In the process I ordered one too many packs of silicon O-rings from Amazon. When attempting to return them they basically said "keep 'em and here's your money back". So now I have a supply of O-rings for three lifetimes.

Long story short... I want to pay it forward. PM me if you need one or more. I will send them to you. Below are the vitals from the amazon page.

My element is actually in transit - did you use those instead of the that comes with the element?

Yes, I did. The aftermarket silicon O-rings are a bit thinner than the OEM. The advise from those who have been there prompted me to go with these silicon ones.

Let me know if you want a couple.
