I forgot I tossed in those single hop beers from OH FLX. I figured it would be nice to try a beer with Enigma and Riwaka only hops since they are unique.

Does anyone have an alternate contact for @Atlantatopher ? Just want to be sure he was able to collect his box and it’s not sitting on the porch in the Florida sun. There’s something else in there besides beer that shouldn’t get very hot. He said he’d be home all week to receive it.

FINALLY bottled the last two beers, so my shipment should go out by the end of April I keed I keed...hopefully tomorrow if I get my act together. I forgot to take a gravity reading before bottling, doh! So, I pulled a sample from one of my growlers - oh boy! I knew it was going to be a hefty beer with an OG of 1.124 (it finished at 1.022). I cannot wait to taste it carbonated - gulp.

I received @Atlantatopher box, and now that I've got packaging material I can ship mine, lol. Honestly, I'd been waiting for two beers to carbonate to test, and I'm glad I did. One is a win and the other, let's call it AMC Butterbeer.

Enjoying @TwistedGray's Irish red ale with dinner tonight. Malty and caramel flavors, but not overly sweet. Perfect carbonation. We'll done!

Tonight's beer was @TwistedGray's Session Saison with Brett. This beer has a TON of flavor for 2.8% ABV! I've never actually tasted a Brett beer, so this was a fun, new experience for me. I had just a touch of sourness, which spritzed it up just right. Delicious!
