Do you have to refrigerate to force carb, or will it be ok at room temp of 75? I'm new to this...Just got my c02 tank and cornie...:rockin::rockin:
But, I have no keg-o-rater...My amber ale has been in primary for three + weeks
and I'm ready to keg soon.
If I've read right, there's no need for priming sugars during force carb...
If I'm going to let the beer set for two weeks anyway, should I just prime with sugar and let set at room temp for two weeks?
Or can I force carb at room temp an bottle a few for chilling, and trying during the next few weeks?
