floaties in kegged beer

I have had some issues with small floaties in my kegged beer. I cleaned my beer line with BLC for 20 minutes last night and then rinsed. This is a new keg with four pints pulled off of it and still getting the floaties. They are very small.. think grain of sand size or smaller. But the beer glass is loaded with them. Any ideas?

The beer line is about 14 months old Bevflex 200 (if that matters).
