hey gang,

Just brewed my first 2 AG in my newly converted keggle (drilled the hole myself). I also just picked up 4 corny kegs (though just hoses/regulators for 2, as I only have two taps that I'm installing).

My question is, can I have four kegs filled and alternate them b/w the 2 taps? I have a general knowledge that it takes 7-14 days to carb the keg (tips appreciated). Is there any harm in changing the kegs out? How long can they sit in the fridge and not be on tap once tapped? Also, can I keep them in my huge 64 degree fermenter after tapping (something about that doesn't sound good).

Sorry, kinda new to the whole kegging thing.

Tips & advice are always appreciated.

Thanks!

as long as they hold pressure, then swapping them isn't an issue, nor is letting them get warmer then cold again.

Skunky flavors come from UV light, not temperature change, it'll be fine
