I am about to keg a Zombie Dust clone (this one https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f69/three-floyds-zombie-dust-clone-303478/) and was wondering what the optimal schedule would be in order to have it safely ready by Thursday. Any suggestions / feedback would be much appreciated! My fridge maintains 37-40 degrees consistently (have a thermostat but there's some minor temperature variation).
