I'm heading out tomorrow to Anchorage, Ak for a few days. So I thought it would be good to put my ale in a secondary.

Just thought I would say thanks to everyone. The people here are great and I have learned more on this forum in a few weeks than many books related to homebrewing.

Looks like Belgian ale, tastes like ale. Time will tell.
