I have a bottle of Boulevard Saison Brett and I want to do a starter and pitch it into a saison. My question is about the timing. How long should account for the starter to get going? What is the best time to pitch the brett? My plan is to brew the saison next Saturday. I was thinking I would probably let the saison yeast go for three or four days before I pitch the brett but this being my first brett experience I wasn't sure on this either.
