First bottling done

I just bottled my first brew. Went a lot faster then I thought it would. Now, on to the next brew! A brown ale!

Oh, and the sample I had was awesome. The ginger finally mellowed out some and I can tell it is going to be great!

Thanks to all you guys out there that have told me to relax and it would go fine.

Congrats! I just bottled my first one as well. My sample basically tasted like a flat yeungling. I'm very excited to taste it in a few weeks.

It is fun man.. I already have 2 more brews lined up, and that will leave one of my buckets empty! So make that 3
