I will admit to having similar thoughts, which is why I clicked on the link even though I saw that it was in the Recipes form at the last second. Have you tried asking them? It seems like a small enough place they might humor you with at least a little bit of insight.

No but not a bad idea. If they could just get me in the ballpark.
 
Yeah, I think I saw their description of 7 malts (which seems to be a bit much), but if you can just get a percentage and hop schedule, that would be more than enough I would think.
