I took a sample of my dogfish 60 clone yesterday when I was racking to the secondary. I tried it yesterday, it tasted good. It's been in the primary for ten days. I left the sample in the fridge overnight and today there is a brown film on top. Am I contaminated/infected?

Not likely, but doesn't really matter for the sample. Did you sanitize the tube? Probably just some yeast and other proteins that floated to the surface. A top down picture would be more helpful, but what you have in there is not necessarily what you have in the fermenter so far as infection goes.
