I don't have anything to contribute about noodles or undies, but I wanted to post this mainly because the Dark Tower reference. Beer sounds 'meh' though.

If you haven't read the Dark Tower series and like sci-fi novels, I'd definitely recommend the series.

Has anyone tried the new BA Krispy Karl bottles from 51st Ward? I recently had one of their stouts brewed with Palm Sugar that was insanely good, but I've been trying to cut back on my $13 bomber purchases lately.

I had a BA krispy karl back at urban legend eons ago and was not a fan...have not returned to that one, but have dug other 51'st ward stuff so I too am intrigued. Have I added anything....nope.

Forgive me, but there is one tree that stands out from my reading of the Dark Tower series. While I understand the apple tree reference, I can't help but make the connection that the tree in the picture could be 'that' tree...

Saw the 4 roses one in a 500ml at Binnys for $12 or $13. Grabbed Yuzu Fierce and waiting on that to get cold.

Bean Gene and Blue Gene are much more popular, so I am sure they just decided to forego the regular BA for more adjunctz.

The first time I remember hearing about Logsdon 375ml bottles was back in March or April 2014. But yeah, we only got 750ml bottles the first shipment in Chicago.

no big loss. i've never been a fan of how the base beer tastes from a barrel. same with bean gene. i wish they would just put coffee eugene out as a seasonal can..

Depending on the order, possibly. But it's a known fact that Coffee Eugene is the best of all the Eugenes, BA'd or not.

I didn't even look because I was buzzed when I bought them but they tasted damn good. Tons of tropical fruit. Tasted like SoS's stepchild almost.

I don't even trade and I'm considering buying it anyway. Today's ceesaronie-level beer prospectors will be throwing everything at this beer because everyone knows "Rareness" is a Top 1 beer flavor.
