WLV had at least 3 cases of Straight Jacket when I was there Wednesday. I can't believe I was all the way in the city and didn't think to get a growler of Coffee Eugene. So much fail right now.

There is some burger at Rev with poblanos and guac and tortilla strips on it that is just OUT OF BOUNDS!

Last week, I was handed a specials menu that listed a burger topped with porchetta (and other stuff that one would eat with porchetta). When I tried to order it, I was told I had an old menu and that the special was replaced with a ******* hot dog. A hot dog does not replace a ******* burger with some ******* porchetta on top!

I went with their club, which was ******* delicious.

You should leave now and go to Eataly and stock up on porchetta. I feel the world owes you this. A Sonoran dog is the only hot dog that should ever be special. And even at that you better have really choice bacon wrapping that sucker and some real fresh toppings.

Step 2: Bring out 1 case of Straight Jacket at a time, put on shelf.

Step 4: Replace (now rapidly) diminishing stock as necessary.

Are you planning to travel to Chicago specifically for Stoutfest?

I got the Stoutfest tickets.

I can't make Polar Beer Fest (but really enjoyed it last year) and think I might be passing on Day/Night this year instead. That fest definitely has seemed like more of a let down the last couple years than Stout Fest.. just my 2 cents.
