Drove past 10 min ago. Maybe 150. Guessing 1 bottle of each per person. I'd say they'll have enough but it's credit/debit only. That line will take a long long time. Heading over now to wait for 10:55 and start a taproom line. I'll be the only guy waiting at the taproom door.

Anyone try the Destihl Saint Dekkera bottles yet? Saw Pomme last week but couldn't pull the trigger at $18/16oz bottle.
All of the Dekkeras are great on tap. But Destihl's packaged offerings have been awful for the most part. That price point is too rich for me to try... Unless someone does have positive things to say.

I really liked the Gose and Vertex canned offerings. I agree that bottles are overpriced by a couple of bucks, especially when their 1920 Imp Stout cost more per ounce than BCBS. There was a small batch of Dosvidanya released in bottles that I would recommend picking up if you see it.

Yeah, we're going to have to disagree there. The two canned sours were not good.

Understand that I love their Berliners and their sours and most of what I've had of theirs on tap, but I've outright hated everything they've canned, which makes me wonder if there's something wrong with their line. Also there's definitely something wrong with them not offering Lawnmower in cans.

They did have some type of problem that was causing some cans to explode but that has supposedly been resolved.

Still a really long line. Lots of beer left in bottles. We've killed all the wild drafts. V is super dry and tart. Could kill a 750 mL solo. VI has some interesting citrus rind/pith from the dry hop. Tartness grows on that one. Both excellent.

Bummer. Was hoping the drafts lasted a while so I could come drink some tonight.

Was my plan for tonight also. Was really hoping everyone would buy their bottles and leave. Was initially planning on going at 11 to skip bottles and drink on tap until the fiancé informed me we had an appointment at our reception venue to look at napkins and table clothes...

Figured it would be fine to show up around now and drink whatever. Oh well. Time for more bourbon until I'm told to stop drinking and I switch to beer.

Sounds like they had only a sixtel of each wild. They did 8 oz pours for $6. They had 2 total oak barrels of each beer or one barrel of each. I couldn't follow the conversation well enough. Essentially they had a sixtel of each today, 300 bottles each, and a keg of each at FOBAB.

It'll be interesting to see how the January release of Wild 7&8 go as I think they have the same amount of beer.

Can anyone tell me more about the rogue voodoo donut (chocolate pretzel raspberry)? Its probably my favorite beer. Ive always loved trying different beers. I definitely didn't realize how limited and rare some are. Never really started following them though until I joined this group a couple months ago. Its great going around looking and drinking some of these awesome brews.

Kudos, whoever you are. This is fine work.

I'm not too worried about 7&8 - I think it'll be similar to 5&6 but with hopefully more than one credit card swipe - but I think it's BA Spectral that could make it a **** show because omgbrobarrelagedstout, potential low bottle count, and new money.

I tried Spectral and was very unsure of it. I'd grab a 4pk if it hits bottles to give it a second go, but I passed on grabbing a growler. It was very unique, creamy smooth, and minty. Curious to see what others thought.

Yeah, I've only seen '09 and '10 recently (more-so '10). $16.99 for a 750ml of a legit 10 year old Belgian gueuze is always a buy in my book. Plus, Mariage is my favorite gueuzeturder.

Damn. Granted this was like 2yrs ago and with 375s, but yeah I would make the drive every month just for those.
