Asked drunk Frank in random thoughts, but does anyone have an in/know how I could get a 1/6th of SmallTown roofbeir?

Have **** all to bring to DDay and I think that would be neat-o.
No idea. I think they only send the 19.5% to select bars. Lockdown always has it on. Blarney Stone in Oak Forest has had it pretty consistently lately.

Revolution's Unsessionable is ******* tasty. Bright citrus upfront and nicely bitter finish -- this is what a 10% DIPA should taste like (*cough*Pipeworks*cough*). I'm going to regret the third glass in the morning. Cans are due in 2-4 weeks.

Mid-post update - I am already regretting this third Unsessionable. Tomorrow morning is going to suck.

Further update - I regret nothing.
Rev kills Pipeworks across the board.

no one here will disagree with this.

Now if pipeworks managed to put out Galaxy Unicorn weekly, then the DIPA conversation may be a bit different.

I enjoyed the new Mosaic (Ninja) quite a bit today, but might have just been in a good place to enjoy a beer. NvU is also consistently really good. But yeah, give me a 6 of Anti-Hero for less $$ and I'm happy.

Half Acre has been my jam lately though.

Excuse me!? If Revolution is somehow leading in the "random crazy **** full of weird stuff" part of this "board" you speak of then it is news to me.

Pipeworks is the undisputed king, people. Their crown is comprised of beers you will either love and never see again or hate for a very good reason. Ain't no way Revolution is competing in this sector of craft beer consumers. Rosa Hibiscus just can't stack up to the latest pale ale full of raw dandelions and saffron pods (aka "The Dandy Lyin'").

Revolution is like a nascent Firestone Walker whereas Pipeworks is like an...inconsistent, overrated brewery.

I laughed.

Yeah, Mosaic is good. We'll see it again in 2 years.

speaking of HA, I need to get some Anicca.

I wish I didn't like Coffee Abduction and their Ninja Insert Hop Name beers. Would be so much easier to just pay no attention. I appreciate their creativity but at this point it is exhausting.

Beer Temple just got Transient bottles for sale. A Brett Pale ale brewed with Citra and Amarillo hops called Wayward and a Illinois Honey Saison called Biere du Ruche. Pretty good prices too. The Pale ale was 7.99/22oz and the Saison was 10 bucks for a 750ml. He got a good amount too but don't sleep.

Biere Du Ruche was an optional bottle for reserve members, but Wayward is new in bottles . I didn't make it to the first release party but if I remember right, people were digging Wayward a lot.
