As far as Three Floyds expansion rumours go, this one seems pretty legit:

Does anyone know if/where I might find some hoppy Pipeworks stuff in the west/south suburbs today? Or is there even any hoppy Pipeworks stuff around right now?

They released a few things recently (within the last month) so you should be able to find some things. Binny's Orland, Willowbrook and Downers Grove might be your best bet depending on where you're going to be today.

Their **** seems to stick around awhile at Binnys Orland. Might find some there.

A lot of Pipeworks was still plentiful at Binny's in Plainfield and Bolingbrook late last week too.

There should be. The Binny's in Willowbrook will likely have some but I have no idea how old they may be.

Does Pipeworks post info on their batch numbers? i.e., when bottled, etc.

On their website they do, but they're a few weeks behind right now.

Has anyone heard any rumblings of a second wave of BCBS hitting this year? I heard that a second wave was originally planned, but never from a reliable source.

Random Binny's Beer Guy #7 at Binny's Orland Park said there would be in March. Take that for however much it's worth.

What second wave there was has come and gone. You can stop holding your breath.

My guess is that GI has a lot stored away some where. I remember them rewarding shops that sold a good amount of their product with random cases of cherry rye. Don't see why they would not repeat that pattern. I would also expect random kegs showing up at bars and GI events. At the last block party in Sept. they had Rare on tap.

Not really the suburbs but as recently as last Friday I saw a some NvU and Deutsch Hopfen on the shelf at DeKalb Lundeens. Had that white Russian stout too. Along with the same old bottles of various ancient releases.
(not invoking the DeKalb has everything meme here)

Coming soon from Revolution:
2/5 - 4th Year Beer, a Belgian-style quad, & TV Party, our rye IPA with huge hop flavor (both available in 22-oz. bottles)

2/12 - Red Skull imperial red ale (draft only) & Riot Pils a crisp Czech-style pilsner named for the Lager Beer Riots of 1855, Chicago's first civil disturbance.

2/19 - Rise American Stout with notes of chocolate and coffee (draft only)

2/26 - Chicago Smoke, a seriously smoky German-style rauchbier & Jukebox Hero, a double dry-hopped black IPA (also available in 22-oz. bottles). Jukebox Hero is the first of our 2014 "Hero" series, which will include Galaxy Hero (April), Crystal Hero (May), and Citra Hero (June).

3/5 - Winter Woman imperial brown ale - a more full-bodied version of Working Woman & Paddy Wagon, a classic dry Irish stout that is nitrogenated for a creamy head.

And coming soon from Goose Island:

Is Green Line really that popular? And isn't the whole point behind Green Line is that it's more sustainable? Or made more sustainably than beer normally is? Er, I guess -- this isn't Green Line, per se, just a clone. While I'm at it, why use the 312 again? Won't that lead to brand confusion?

This is the first major Bud-esque move I seen from GI: Take an established brand name and expand it. Definitely something that some uncreative marketing person thought up.
