Green Lady perhaps. Doesn't look like Beer Temple has any on tap at the moment.
More importantly, they always have Afterthought. If you're out in the western suburbs, The Beer Cellar has Hop Butcher Tavern Cut on draft. They normally have a few Transient bottles as well.

I don't want to click on that so that I can believe that all of these flavors will be combined into one bottle.Goose Island Adding 2018 Bourbon County Reserve Elijah Craig, Neapolitan, Coffee, Vanilla, Bramble Rye, Proprietors & Horchata

Where's the one with ancho peppers, chocolate, and mashed up key lime pies? None of these are immediately apparent as awful.
Fake news?
Per the keg collar, it looked like it was just chocolate related. BA Big John basically. They still haven't announced what is going into Prop...

It appears Goose is releasing a double box Bourbon County set of Laffler's Greatest Hits...
The appearance of lactose in a few of those makes me a sad panda
let the lactose bandaid's exist for those without the kettle or time to make a boss ass imperial stout. dont throw sugar cover up because your beer ferments perfectly and tastes like a beer. i mean we know this happened long ago but they are literally kowtowing (pun intended) to current trends instead of making them.same... I dont get why they need to add it but oh well. At least its not a milk stout base?
Bourbon County Milkshake IPA with watermelon and basil anyone?let the lactose bandaid's exist for those without the kettle or time to make a boss ass imperial stout. dont throw sugar cover up because your beer ferments perfectly and tastes like a beer. i mean we know this happened long ago but they are literally kowtowing (pun intended) to current trends instead of making them.
The annoying thing is that they're following trends even though they don't need to. It's not like variants aren't going to sell out immediately. And they'll never have the cred they once had to compete with the little hype breweries. So why cave?let the lactose bandaid's exist for those without the kettle or time to make a boss ass imperial stout. dont throw sugar cover up because your beer ferments perfectly and tastes like a beer. i mean we know this happened long ago but they are literally kowtowing (pun intended) to current trends instead of making them.
But it may make every line longer on Black Friday. At least we'll have stories. It's not like variants aren't going to sell out immediately.

They need to bottle Margarita Sophie. Instant hit.
Grapefruit Sofie (Paradisi) also.
For background, Margarita Sophie was a "secret keg" at the Goose Island Tent at Great Taste of the Midwest in, I wanna say, 2012? It was 50/50 Sophie and the margarita from Big Star. Straight time travel juice.
They did Daquiri sophie the year after. I had 4 in a row at the end of the fest and promptly blacked out upon returning to the hotel. Woke up fine 12 hours later. Good year. I still think I might make it to see Hanson at the Wisconsin State Fair after GTMW this year. I am hilariously optimistic. For background, Margarita Sophie was a "secret keg" at the Goose Island Tent at Great Taste of the Midwest in, I wanna say, 2012?
