Note to self; do not swap beer with McKBrew, nor let him add his batch to the Pinot Noir barrel. We don't want THAT kind of funk in the beer.
I'm guilty long ago. Now my buckets are in a chest freezer in the garage. I check on them about once a week. You want to talk about sniffing airlocks, you should sniff a lagerator with 3 fermenters after a week. Whoo Hoo!
Has anyone thought of putting there fermenter on a web cam so they can check while at work I know I have
There's a cure for that, you know? Sniff the airlock on a batch of EdWort's Apfelwein 3-4 days into fermentation.
