I bought a temperature controller to hook up to a kegerator to hopefully control fermentation temps. My question is is 3 degrees too much fluctuation? Using the minimum settings inset it to 65 f but it will go as low as 62. Wasn't sure how much impact that would have. It would be more control than sitting in a closet in my house, but how much better would it really be? Thoughts?

I used the manual to set it to a one degree variance. Still goes beyond that. Wasn't sure of that was normal or not. I didn't want to try really hard to get something that might not be realistic. I can be very literal at times. :)
