I am curious, interested in knowing what size, model and brand(s) of electric gear you are planning to acquire?

Already bought and tested a Grainfather G30 and their sparge water heater. Not too steep of a learning curve.

I have friends with bigger systems and know a couple of peeps with various smaller all in one setups. I am extremely limited on space and I kept coming back to the Grainfather. It's not perfect but I really like it so far. Buddy at works swears by the grainfather and has made many medal placing beers on his setup. So who am I to argue with that success?

Hoping to do batch #2 this weekend.

Good price on the stuff you are looking to get rid of. I also moved to the Grainfather G30 and really enjoy it. Using the app it let's me know what needs to happen when and the idea of keeping a nice solid temp during the mash is a huge relief.
Thanks!

Agree about the Grainfather. So far, pretty easy to deal with and now step mashes are much easier.
