So, I brewed this yesterday and am really excited about how it's going to turn out. I am concerned however, my apartment has radient floor heating and is at 70 degrees but the sticker thermometer say it's at at 83. I'm brewing a Fat Tire extract clone and am using Wyeast 1762 yeast strand(65-77*F). This is my second brew and am wondering about off flavors or should I RDWHAHB? Is it common for early fermentation to be 10 -15 degree difference? I know that your going to get some increase because of the energy created, but I'm thinking that's a lot. What are your thoughts?
