Is there any specific way that you use this information to impact your brewing process[es]?Sometimes I have the beer temp probe taped to the side of my fermentasaurus, the ispindel floating in the beer / wort and then I may stick the " fridge " temp probe on the lower part of the conical. There can be 3 to 4 C difference between the top temp probe and the bottom during active ferment.
Is there one of the three that you consider to be the "most important" or "most accurate" or at least "most actionable" one of the three?
Honestly wondering...
For me I've got the thermowell right in the center of the keg, and that's what controls my Johnson Controls temp controller which is the relay to turn the fridge on and off. I kinda figure that given beer will be going up and down 1-3* F because the temp controller hysteresis, adding additional thermometers will give me additional information but I don't see how I would change my brewing process because of it... The temp controller does what it does.
