I'm at the end of fermentation on a batch of IPA and planning on bottling this Saturday. (10 days primary, 5 days secondary with dry hop addition).
However I just checked the weather and it looks like it will be 91 degrees Friday and Saturday. I live in the SF Bay Area so I've never had experience with temperatures climbing above 75 during fermentation.
Unfortunately due to our very mild summers, pretty much no houses have AC out here, so temperatures inside my house might get as high as the low-mid 80s on Friday.
Will a couple days at these temperatures be harmful to my beer? I figure worst case scenario I have to bottle this Thursday night but that would only be 48 hours dry hopping since I just racked to secondary on Tuesday.
