My beer has been fermenting for about 10 days. Was bubbling for 2 days then stopped. More worried that there is no smell at all. What can I do?
Thanks.

Airlock activity is a good sign of fermentation it is not what you should use to determine if your beer is finished. Seals leak. When a lid seal leaks sometimes you see no activity. The lack of activity does not mean fermentation is not taking place. Take a gravity reading a couple days in a row to make the final determination. If too high you may need to pitch more yeast because it is not finished. If near your target (this is the most likely of the 2 scenarios) it is done.

I'll wait to bottle until my SG sample is stable and clear, for the non-wheat beers. Bottling before the SG sample is clear will add extra sediment to your bottles. Waiting a little longer will give you more clear beer to pour into your glass.
